Darren is a young guy and I was honestly skeptical that he would be as good as other older or "more experienced" realtors. I discovered right away that he was well seasoned, knew his stuff, and the right realtor for me when we started looking for house and he didn't just agree with me on my observations. He went through the house and offered opinions and advice that I found very valuable. Its largely because of him we found our dream home at a fair price. Bottom line is this: Darren is good at what he does and with the biggest expenditure of my life I'm glad I had him on my side.
